WV Leather & Shoes (“WV Vellies”, “we”, “us”) operates wvleather.co.za. Our Information Officer is Wilmo Vermeulen (hello@wvleather.co.za · 072 695 3484).

We process information you provide—name, contact details, delivery address, order details, payment references (tokenised by our payment gateway), messages and returns/exchange information. We also collect basic device/cookie data for site functionality and analytics.

Storage & security.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and legal retention periods, then securely delete or de-identify it.
